Sherman is around 2 years old and we think is he a Boxer cross Dog De Bordeaux.
When he arrived he was very bewildered and took time to trust.
He is now a happy boy who loves a fuss and enjoys going for walks. Although he has settled in with his new routine, he will take time to get to know new people.
His lead training could do with some work to help him walk calmly. Since he has been castrated he seems to have a more chilled approach to life and calming attitude.
He seems to pass dogs on walks with no problems, but a continued training plan is something we would advise to help him feel comfortable at all times.
Sherman absolutely loves food, this will definitely be a big success with his training plan. He is such a smart boy.
Sherman is looking for home with a person or couple who are confident with large breeds. He will require training with boundaries in a safe and efficient manner. Positive reinforcement training will surely be the way forward. Sherman will need an adult only home.
If your application is successful you will be invited to meet Sherman. If you do not hear anything within 7 days please assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone.
