Edna

Little Edna is ruff coated Jack Russell terrier who is 9 years young. She has a great character and is a real sweetie. Enda arrived with a heavy flea infestation causing her to have fur loss in places and sore skin from scratching.

Edna has clearly had to fend for herself most of her life, she is a hardy girl who wants to be loved. Once she is settled in your company you will have a friend for life.

Her confidence is growing daily and her skin is improving after receiving treatment.

Enda does show signs of resource guarding her food bowl, this is understandable due to having to probably always having to fight for her next meal. At the centre everything is controlled and Edna is left to eat alone. She will require on going training in this area but it can be safely managed.

Training classes would be great for her and her new humans.

We feel Enda would prefer to be the only princess in the home, due to her neglect her social skills could do with refreshing.

Over time and with training she will learn how to interact with canines politely.
