Nellie

Poor Nellie arrived in our care in a terrible condition, she was very malnourished, suffering from a skin condition causing hair loss and the fur that she did have was severely matted. We gave a her a few days to settle down and become comfortable with her new surroundings.

She received vet treatment, also had a spa day. Nellie definitely feels so much better.

Nellie still has a why to go with gaining weight and growing her fur back, but she on the right road to a full recovery. She is now seeking her very own loving humans to help her.

Nellie clearly has had the worst start to her little life, she has been let down by humans. As with all dogs,  Nellie is so forgiving of her past. Her trauma doesn’t get her down. Nellie can sense she is now safe and her future is looking bright.

Nellie is looking for an active home full of adventures. She could potentially live with children who are respectful of her space and other neutered pets who have good doggy manners.

All introductions will be done at the centre.

Once Nellie has reached her goal weight, we advise she is enrolled on to training classes to help build her confidence.
