Carol is a sprightly Jack Russell terrier who is approximately 6-7 years old.
She is a sweet natured lady, her confidence is growing daily. She arrived slightly underweight and bewildered. Carol has settled in well to her new surroundings. She has made a few friends with volunteers and other residents. Carol has the terrier zest when exploring, the best sniffs spots are not missed.
She walks well on lead, keeps a good pace and is very interested in what’s ahead. Stopping for cuddles and treats is a must.
Carol is currently on eye medication and is responding well. When she came to us her eye was slightly swollen. Her eye is looking very healthy now and doesn’t seem to cause her any discomfort.
We would advise Carol is enrolled on to training classes to work on her dog socialisation skills.
She could potentially live with children who are of a calm nature. Carol could also potentially live with a male neutered dog of similar energy.
We are happy to cat test Carol if applicants have resident felines.
All introductions are done at the centre, resident dogs and cats will need to travel to us to meet Carol.
