“Well” would you look at this beautiful girl.
Please whisper “Hello” to Pippa, she is four and half years old.
Pippa has lived a sheltered life but it was full of love, Once she is comfortable in your presence, you will surely have a friend for life!
Since this lady has been us she has grown in confidence and has started to show what a loving girl she is.
At the moment the outside world is a scary place to her. She is learning and as the days pass you can see her start to relax a little more each time she is out and about.
She adores the tennis ball and will play fetch for hour’s. This is a good way to build a bond as she is happy in this situation!
We would hope to place her a home with someone who is aware of the collie breed. Someone who is willing to go back to basics with her, this is to learn new skills. The skills that she will need to be a responsible canine in public place’s. Pippa will need her new person to challenge her brain to help with focusing her drive to learn.
We think her dream home would be away from the city, somewhere quiet so she is able to learn life without the distractions of the busy world.
Cars are scary, dogs are scary, some people are scary… this girl will need socialising in all areas and at her pace, Using a positive method of training.
We are lucky to have a behaviourist, who we are able to work along side and any suitable applicant must be willing to follow advice and attend multiple meet and greet’s at the Dog’s Home.
We unfortunately can not place Pippa in a home with children, she is just not ready for the busy family life.
So if you are active, have collie experience, are able to invest time and love in this girl, then please fill an application form in.
