Danni is young German Shepard who arrived in our care as a stray. We would guess she is between 1 year to 18 months old.
This young lady is great, she is full beans and eager to please. She does require some lead training to teach her how to be a responsible member of society.
Danni was a little bewildered when she arrived but soon settled in with lots of love from staff and volunteer’s, she learned to trust.
She loves to explore new surroundings but can sometimes be cautious if she feels out of her comfort zone. Confidence building at her pace is something we would strongly advise.
Danni could potentially live older children who are used to the breed and puppy play. She can be boisterous and will knock people over with out meaning. Danni will need commitment from her humans. We would be happy to do introductions with resident pets who are well socialised, in the long run this could help Danni settle easier if it is a match made in haven. Socialising with canine friends is not her strong point and we feel that if she is enrolled on to training classes she will learn having friends to play with is much better than playing alone. All resident dogs must be neutered and willing to tolerate puppy play.
