Henry

Meet Henry, a 9yr old Cavalier King Charles who came into us after he was found wandering the streets. No one has come to take him home so he has spent a few weeks in a foster home where he has come out of his shell and settled in quickly.

He’s a lovely gentle quiet dog that loves a cuddle and a snooze but once he sees his harness he’s ready to go and loves a good sniff and a walk. For his age he has lots of stamina on his walks but once he gets home he’s back in chill out mode straight away. He needs a quiet home with children who respect his space.

He’s great with other dogs and could live with a quieter older dog, he is good to live with cats and appears to be housetrained.

He is a bit nervous around cars but nothing that can’t be managed easily. Henry loves his food and would need to be feed separately to any other pets as he guards his bowl.

Henry has dry eye, this will need to be managed with lifelong treatment. His eye drops can be purchased online with a veterinary prescription.
