Say hello to our beautiful new Rottie girl, Meeka! This sweetheart is 6 years old.
Meeka is a lovely lady who absolutely adores her walks with our volunteers , she would be a wonderful hiking buddy for a Rottweiler lover. She can be a little shy on first meets and can get worried if people approach her too fast , but once you give her a bit of time and love she soon warms up and the love is never ending- pure licks and kisses in one big rottie body!
Meeka loves to frolick in the long grass and play tug with the rope toy in the garden. She has such a loving personality and a true rottie way about her. She is currently on a diet as she needs to lose a few pounds and this is going well. Her new owners will need to take her to training classes as she struggles with her social skills with other dogs, she can get quite uncomfortable with them in close proximity so is looking for humans that can continue to work on counter conditioning and desensitising other canine companions to her and advocate for her space .
She is currently looking for a child and pet free home.
