Having a dog Micro-chipped
Micro-chipping is the most effective and secure way of permanently identifying your dog. A microchip is painlessly implanted under your dog’s skin and when scanned by a dog warden or vet will bring up your contact details from a database. Make sure you keep your details up to date.
We charge £10 for this service. It is also required by law since April 2016 that you have your dog microchipped at the time of the first vaccination/at 8 weeks and that the details must be kept up to date.
