Meet Susie,Our Frosty Lady with a Heart of Gold
Susie is a beautiful 12 year old Patterdale Terrier who was heartbreakingly abandoned in her twilight years. Despite everything she has been through, Susie has a young heart and an adventurous spirit. she is always ready to explore and enjoy life’s little moments.
This sweet girl has wonderful doggy manners and takes everything in her stride. She has shown us that she is kind, gentle, and well-rounded. When Susie first arrived, her nails were painfully overgrown, making it uncomfortable for her to walk, but after some much-needed TLC, she is now much more comfortable and happy.
We may never know why Susie ended up homeless, but what we do know is that she deserves the very best “happily ever after” – a warm, loving home where she can truly relax and enjoy her golden years.
Susie could potentially live with respectful children and other neutered dogs of similar size and energy. We are also happy to introduce her to resident cats at our centre to ensure compatibility.
As with all our dogs, we recommend enrolling in training classes to help build strong bonds and support Susie as she adjusts to her new life.
