Introducing the handsome maxx, a 8 month old large crossbreed pup.
Maxx was unfortunately brought into our care after his owner passed away and he is now looking for a forever home.
Maxx is a gorgeous boy in all aspects. He loves human company and is looking for an active family that will keep his brain and body happy and fulfilled. He has been enjoying going on walks with our volunteers and having a good cuddle with the staff when he gets back to his kennel. He loves his puzzle feeder games and a game of tug and is picking up new tricks very quickly! He is a very smart , bouncy boy that has typical puppy play style. Maxx is sure to make anyone chuckle and is a real comedy boy.
Maxx has spent some time in foster and was such a good boy, he is a very cuddly lad that craves affection from his humans- he would be the perfect companion to watch films during the winter with. He is very good with waiting at boundaries, is toilet trained and is a smart boy that picks things up very quickly. Being only a pup with a lot of energy, he can get very mouthy at times and his new owners will need to be aware of this and be able to work with him on training and enrichment to keep him happy and fulfilled and teach him alternative behaviours to the mouthing.
Maxx could potentially live with another neutered dogs of a similar size. He has passed his cat test and could live with a dog savvy confident cat.
