Introducing our long-legged lurcher lad, Chucky! This handsome boy came to us as a stray, and sadly, no one ever came forward to claim him — we can’t imagine why, as he’s such a lovely, affectionate soul.
Chucky is your typical lurcher: full of energy, fun, and love for life! He’s looking for an active family who enjoy long walks and have a secure garden where he can zoom around to his heart’s content. He’s also a big fan of cuddles — and he’ll happily climb right onto your lap (we promise we won’t tell him how big he is!).
Chucky has been enjoying time at the Collar Club, where he’s shown himself to be a clever, treat-motivated boy who loves to learn. He’s already picked up the command “touch” and is doing brilliantly with his training.
He travels well in the car and could potentially live with other dogs, children, or cats, depending on successful introductions at the centre.
Chucky really is the full package — bright, bouncy, and full of love — ready to find his forever family.
