Acorn is a French Bulldog, approximately 1–2 years old, who sadly arrived in our care as a homeless stray. Unsurprisingly, he’s a little scared at first, but he loves people and is full of affection and love once he trusts you.
Acorn enjoys playtime and rolling around, showing glimpses of the fun-loving Frenchie he can be. As a brachycephalic breed, he will need his care monitored carefully to keep him comfortable, healthy, and happy.
He will benefit from support to build his canine social skills and learn basic life skills, as he’s never been taught before. Currently, a dog-free home would be best while he works on himself, though he could potentially live with cats following careful introductions.
Acorn could possibly with children who are used to the French Bulldog breed, and he will thrive with gentle, force-free training classes and brain stimulation to build confidence and keep his clever mind active.
Acorn is looking for a calm, loving home where he can feel safe, learn, and enjoy all the love he has to give. He’s affectionate, playful, and ready to meet a family who will continue helping him grow.
