This handsome chunk is Kevin MacAllister, a young bulldog who found himself without a family over the festive season. While that could have been a lonely time, Kevin showed just how special he is by embracing Christmas with his rescue friends – enjoying warm beds, festive dinners, presents, happy walks and plenty of love. He truly made the best of it.
Kevin is full of character and charm. He adores a good bum scratch, loves to roll about being silly, and has a huge soft spot for his people. He walks nicely on the lead and shows good canine manners, though he does get delightfully excited when he spots someone he knows and loves – his happiness is infectious.
Kevin is a sensitive soul and can be worried by loud or sudden noises, so he will need a calm, understanding home that can help him feel safe and reassured when the world feels a bit too big. With patience and kindness, Kevin shows just how loving and trusting he can be.
As a brachycephalic breed, Kevin will need his adorable face folds kept clean and checked regularly to keep him comfortable. He takes pride in looking his best and enjoys the gentle attention that comes with it.
Kevin would benefit from kind, force-free training classes to help build confidence and strengthen the bond with his future family.
He may be able to live with cats and with neutered dogs, following sensible introductions. Kevin could also live with children of all ages, based on calm, respectful introductions and supervision.
Kevin is ready to leave the rescue hotel behind and find a home where he can truly relax, feel safe, and be cherished. If you’re looking for a bulldog with a big heart, a playful streak, and a sensitive, loving nature, Kevin could be the perfect addition to your family.
