Fatima is a young Bulldog who arrived in our care as a stray. She is a delightful girl, full of classic Bulldog love and personality.
When Fatima first came to us she had quite a large waistline and could best be described as a little roly-poly! Thankfully, losing weight has been a breeze for her. She enjoys her walks and loves exploring new places.
In true Bulldog style, Fatima can be wonderfully stubborn. She prefers to go at her own pace and isn’t shy about stopping for a break when she feels she deserves one. She also likes to pause for cuddle breaks, just to check that her humans are keeping up and still giving her the attention she deserves.
Fatima will require daily grooming, including cleaning of her face folds and bottom area, to keep her looking beautiful and smelling fresh.
Her diet is still a work in progress, but she is doing very well and continuing to make great progress. Knowledge of the breed would be beneficial so she can receive the best care possible.
Fatima is a fun-loving girl who is full of beans and ready to enjoy life with her new family.
She currently has a small cyst on her paw, something Bulldogs can be prone to. This is being closely monitored and our vet is on hand should any treatment be required.
Fatima could potentially live with children who are Bulldog-savvy. She may also be able to live with other neutered dogs and dog-savvy resident cats following successful introductions.
She walks nicely on the lead and is comfortable around passing traffic and cyclists, showing no issues.
