Hello, I'm Jack-dee

This elegant fellow is known as Jack-dee, he is tall, dark and handsome and approximately 4-5 years old
He has a very gentle nature, jack-dee has settled in well to his new surroundings.
He has been out exploring with his new conrades, enjoying the sniffs and taking it all in.

Jack-dee is a gentleman, he has good lead manners and is not bothered by passing dogs.

Jack-dee is not very well established with traffic on the roads, he does however like to watch and stop near parked vans. We can only assume he has lived a semi rural life away from built up traffic areas.
His confidence is growing every day, walking along the havey traffic areas and being rewarded for his braveness.
He leans in for reassurance cuddles when he is feeling a little overwhelmed in uncertain situations.
With the support of his new humans and a loving home this boy will thrive.

Being a lurcher we can imagine Jack-dee would love to have excess to an enclosed field a few times a week to run around safely.
He would benefit from training classes to continue his confidence building, once he settled in to his new life.

Jack-dee could potentially live with children who are respectful of his space, resident dogs who will show him the ropes. It seems Jack-dee has a low drive so we also be happy to cat test resident felines, who are used to dogs.
All will be pending introductions at the centre.
