Zephyr is a mature Bully girl who arrived in our care as a stray, feeling low and understandably confused by her situation.
It didn’t take long for her to settle in, and once she did, her true personality began to shine. Zephyr is full of love and has become a real social butterfly at the centre, with everyone looking forward to seeing her. She has a particular soft spot for delivery drivers and will make it her mission to charm a belly rub out of anyone who crosses her path.
When Zephyr arrived, she had a mass on her side. Following further tests, we were relieved to find it was nothing sinister, and it has since been successfully removed, giving her a fresh start and a new lease of life.
Zephyr is a lovely walker. She enjoys getting out and about, taking everything in with her curious nature, and is happiest on a relaxed “plod” with her person.
She could potentially live with calm, respectful children and may be able to share her home with neutered dogs of a similar, laid-back temperament. We would also be happy to introduce her to resident cats, with all matches dependent on successful introductions at the centre.
Zephyr is now ready to leave her past behind and is looking forward to a future filled with love, comfort and new adventures.
