Please say hello to poppy the Beagle, she is approximately 3 years old.
She arrived in our care after she was found wandering with her canine friend.
Her skin was very red and sore, and her ears where in need of a good clean.
After receiving some treatment she was able to feel more comfortable. Poppy is having regular medicated baths twice a week to help keep on top on her skin. She is also working on her confidence and making more canine friends.
Poppy looking for home with humams who will continue her confidence building and help her learn new skills. She would highly benefit from a neutered canine companion who will show her the ropes and share life experiences with.
Being a hound, Poppy will enjoy mantel stimulation and scent games to bring out the best in her.
Poppy could potentially live with children who are respectful and we would also be happy to introduce resident felines.
All introductions will be carried out at the centre.
