Roxy is a young Bully girl who is full of life and energy. She arrived in our care as a stray and sadly was never claimed, so she is now looking for a loving home where she can finally feel safe and settled.
Roxy is a sweet and affectionate girl who enjoys cuddles and benefits from a calm routine. She can sometimes feel a little sensitive in new surroundings, but she is growing in confidence every day and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place.
She walks nicely on the lead and enjoys getting out for her daily adventures. Occasionally she may bark at other dogs in the distance if she feels a little overwhelmed, but she is learning to focus on her handler and is already making good progress.
Roxy makes the cutest little noises when she’s looking for affection, which always brings a smile. She also loves having a good zoom around the garden and letting off some energy in a secure enclosed space.
We feel Roxy would really benefit from attending positive training classes with her new family to help build her confidence and continue the great progress she is already showing.
Roxy could potentially live with respectful children who understand bull breeds. She may also be able to live with dog-savvy cats following careful introductions. She could also possibly live with a calm male canine of a similar size, following successful introductions.
This lovely girl is simply looking for a home full of love, patience and kindness where she can continue to grow into the happy, confident dog she is meant to be.
