Young boy Max is a fun loving Jack Russell. He is around 2 years old. Max is now ready to seek out new adventures and make memories with his very own humans. He is an absolute gem and is so happy with whatever the day throws at him.
Max does have a weak hip and is awaiting surgery. At the moment this doesn’t bother him and he hardly notices anything is even wrong! Jacks are hardy dogs and we are confident he will make a full recovery, but will need strict crate rest for this to work. His surgery will be arranged and paid for by The Rescue Hotel and staff at the dogs home will be able to support along the way.
Despite this, Max is still loyal and eager to please. Once he is recovered, he would definitely benefit from a low-impact sport to keep his little head busy. Max does struggle to settle in new environments and will need a committed owner who can stick with him for life, as he’s definitely a rewarding dog to be around.
As with all rescue dogs we advise they are enrolled onto a basic training course to help build bonds.
