This babe is Becky. She is a 5 year old Bulldog who arrived in our care as an unclaimed stray. She has grown so much in confidence. On arrival she was very frightened of humans and would not let anyone approach her. After a few days of making friends and feeling safe she became the most affectionate girl. We have worked hard to introduce her back to normality but Becky would like her new humans to go slow with new experiences in life. She has successfully been introduced to another female Bulldog and they hit of a friendship straight away. Becky would probably be happy living with another dog who is neutered. Becky could also potentially live with a feline, this will be based on introductions at the centre.
Becky does like to walk and explore once she is comfortable.
Becky has clearly been through so much truma in her life and deserves the chance to know what a loving home feels like.
She needs time, calmness and a home full of love.
We always recommend that all dogs get enrolled on to training classes, this is to help build bonds with new humans and work on new skills.
If your application is successful you will be invited to meet Becky. If you do not hear anything within 7 days please assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone.
