Introducing our little Tulip, this poor girl arrived in our care as a stray. She was severely underweight & had lots of sores and painful ears, her nails were overgrown and it was clear that her life has been tough. But not anymore… With a good feeding plan, a trip to the vets & some much needed TLC Tulip is now feeling much better. She is currently on foster with one of our amazing volunteers to get her back to 100% and have some home comforts. Tulip is still receiving some medical care (ear drops) for her sore ears.
For a dog that has clearly been mistreated in the past, Tulip couldn’t be more loving. She can be quite shy at first but our girl has endless cuddles and kisses to give. Her confidence is truly growing everyday and we are seeing that funny Frenchie personality come out more and more. She enjoys her walks and likes to sniff out all the new smells of the day and watch the world go by. She would be a great companion for a chilled family that like strolls and cuddles on the sofa . Tulips new owners will need to continue to build on her confidence and take her to training classes to brush up on some general skills to help her reach her full potential.
It would be great for tulips owners to have knowledge/experience with the Frenchie breed. She will need daily maintenance of her face folds and bum area to keep her clean. She could potentially live with cats, dogs and calm children of any age .
