Please upload any photos of your garden (max file size 6mb)

Important: Without photos your application cannot be considered.

This includes increased working hours, change of job, having children or moving home.

Important: Have you considered what will happen to your dog in the event of holidays, increased working hours, change of job, having children, relationship breakdowns, moving house, illness/incapacity, any other change of circumstances? The average life span of a dog can be 12-15 years. Please confirm you understand this and are committed to giving a dog a home for the rest of its natural life.

Important: It is a condition of the adoption agreement that if your dog is not already neutered you will arrange with the staff at Cardiff Dogs Home for this to be done at the earliest opportunity. Neutering costs are included in the adoption fee. Please confirm you understand and agree to this condition.

You will need to agree to the declaration questions before the form can be submitted.

Please note it may take a few seconds for the form to upload your images and to submit.
